About Us

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you prepare deeds if requested?

Yes. We have a document team that will prepare UPL compliant deeds for clients. You may also request for form completion and fee calculations with your order.

Are your templates guaranteed?

Yes. Our templates are guaranteed recordable and for formatting requirements.

How soon will I get my document?

All of the documents created on TitleRight™ are immediately available for you to print and download.

How secure are my documents and data?

To protect your data, TitleRight™ uses SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for data transfer, creating a secure tunnel protected by 128-bit or higher AES encryption. To protect your private information from unauthorized access, we have designed policies and controls to safeguard the collection, use, and disclosure of your information.

Are there any contracts or hidden fees?

No. We do not require our customers to sign monthly or annual contracts. Each customer pays up front for document useage. We offer discounted pricing for volume based production.

Are the documents created on TitleRight™ legal?

Yes. When you complete a document, our software will build a document that is tailored to your state and based upon the data you enter. All deeds will require signing in front of a Notary Public. Some documents may require a witness which in most cases can also be the same notary used for witnessing your signature.

Can I revise a document after I complete it?

Yes. We recommend you proof your document before you checkout as you can make as many changes to it as you need to. Once you complete your order and depending on the package your select, you may only edit your document a few times before a new charge will be assessed as in the system will charge you for a new document.

Do you record documents?

Yes. We have a recording division that records documents everyday nationwide that will keep you updated on the status of your recordings until recorded.

Are your templates UPL compliant

Yes. All of our templates are reviewed on a regular basis by licensed attorney for which the templates are used to ensure the language in each template meets the legal requirements for the respective state and county.

If we use you to prepare deeds for our firm and clients, how do you get around the UPL requirements?

There is no getting around UPL (Unauthorized Practice of Law). You either operate within the scope of the law or you don’t. TitleRight adheres to each state’s rules of deed preparation and where required by law, a licensed attorney is hired to review and or prepare a deed to meet the UPL requirement. In some states, a licensed attorney for that state may be required to sign a deed as the preparer too.

How is TitleRight different than other online form sites?

Unlike other form and template sites like Rocketlawyer, Legalzoom and US Legal Forms that offer free deed templates only, when it comes to preparing deed instruments, not only do you need a deed, you also need a state and often times county forms that must be completed and turned in with the signed deed. Of course you must pay to have them recorded. TitleRight is the only solution that offers proper deed templates, all of the forms you need with your deed and a fee calculator to make sure your new deed will be recorded the first time. The other sites only offer deed templates.
